The inductor have three important parameters: (I) Inductance The inductance is decide of the turn, the material of the magnetic core, etc. Usually, the turn is more,the inductance is bigger. The larger the magnetic permeability of the core, the inductance is bigger. (II) Allowable Tolerance It refers to the allowable error value between the nominal inductance on the spec with the actual inductance.The allowable tolerance is ± 10% ~ 15%. (III) Rated current It refers to the maximum current value that the inductor is allowed to pass during normal operation. If the working current exceeds the rated current, the inductor will change performance parameters due to heat generation, and even burn out due to over current.
